Preheat a 10-12 inch sauté pan over medium high heat. Lightly coat Catelli cutlets in ½ cup of flour and shake off excess flour.
Add 2 tbsp. of olive oil to pan. Once oil begins to ripple, place cutlets in pan. Cook cutlets over medium high heat until light brown on both sides. (1-3 minutes per side.)
Add contents of sauce packet to the pan with the browned cutlets. Simmer for 1 minute while turning cutlets in sauce. Remove from heat and serve.
